Back in the SALT

Spent a little more time in the North then I wanted to the last couple weeks. My Dad has had a few health issues and I needed to spend time with him. Hopefully he is on the road to recovery! Did chase a few trout on the Au Sable River which was great!

The water level in the Lagoon has dropped a bit since I have been back, which is perfect for sightfishing and spotting tailers. Redfish and Black drum have been eager to eat the fly. Lots of bait on the flats!!! In the office tomorrow doing paperwork, but back on the water Thursday. Should have some great fishing with perfect conditions in the weather forecast.

Take a look at those calendars and get your trip booked today! The sightfishing on Mosquito Lagoon is very good right now.

See you on the water,

Capt. Todd
