Fall in Redfish Heaven!!!!

After a long trip North to finish up my season in the freshwater, I was back on Mosquito Lagoon yesterday for a day of scouting. Conditions were not the best for sightfishing, but that usually does not matter in the Redfish Capital of the World!!!! As I have mentioned in earlier reports, November is a great time to sightfish the shorelines here on the Lagoon. I poled several yesterday looking for fish and found plenty of Redfish cruising the shallows.

I will be back on the water tomorrow with a couple of fly anglers and we should have some good fishing! Temperatures are cooling off and the water levels are dropping. This means that the Redfish should really start gathering in schools. Some of the best sightfishing is just ahead!!!

I have worked out some great discounted Lodging prices for my clients! Give me a call or email if you are interested in these new rates.

Look forward to fishing with you!!!

Capt. Todd
